Some companies offer a service where they will store your DNA sample, either for a set time or indefinitely. This service is most often used with DNA identity testing, but it may have other uses, too. For instance, suppose you anticipate a struggle over your estate once you are gone. You could have your DNA preserved while you are still alive, to be used after your death to help settle any claims against your estate.
